Organic Black strap Molasses and grass clippings. First in a series of experimental beer brewing.  Work in progress. I’m currently brewing a take on a medieval beer using mugwort and wormwood to bitter the grain instead of hops. This turns the beer from a sedative (as all hopped beers are) to a inebriant narcotic. This was usually a favored drink at medieval weddings as a frenzy was said to result from it. Secondly I am brewing a pink cider made from cloudy apple juice and raspberries with a hint of ginger, licorice root and chili. I am brewing this in homage to the galaxy/universe and a show at the end of April on the same theme. Im going to call it UniversAle…  A edition of 50 beers for the event Omniversal.

How do you ‘fuel’ that creativity? Coffee and bread usually. But today it was Ice cream and fruit cake. Perhaps tomorrow It will be beans and cheese. Wait... No it was noodle and egg.
